Dr. Dawn Buratti offers KeryFlex, a safe, nonsystemic in-office application that restores the appearance of a patient’s natural nails. The product allows the podiatrist to remodel patients’ nails affected by fungus, nail dystrophies, and trauma. The patented resin creates a flexible, non-porous nail that allows the remaining natural nails to grow. The KeryFlex nail provides a natural-looking nail during oral anti-fungal therapies. It also provides an immediate cosmetic improvement to complement laser fungal treatments. The KeryFlex nail is durable and unaffected by acetone, nail polishes, or detergents.
Restore Your Nails with KeryFlex
The polymer resins and special activators in KeryFlex create a flexible and durable artificial nail. The patented resins used in the solution seal nail beds and are insoluble in water.
KeryFlex Procedure
First, your nail bed is prepared for the application of the KeryFlex System. Your cosmetic provider may need to thin down the nail before they can apply KeryFlex on your nails. A bond is brushed on over your nail plate and nail bed. A resin is used to create and build a toenail. A sealant is applied to make the top-coat non-permeable. The KeryFlex procedure is completed within 30 minutes.
